Information you share

When you submit an inquiry, artwork or an application, we receive the details you enter. These may include your name, contact information, business, city, advertising preferences, message, artwork files, work experience and résumé. We use this information to respond to you, prepare your advertisement or consider your application.

Forms and uploaded files

Your details and selected files are transmitted when you submit the form. Files are stored in private Vercel Blob storage. Submission details are also stored so the office can recover a request if email delivery is interrupted. The office receives file-download links that expire after 30 days; link expiration does not automatically delete the stored files.

Resend delivers submission notifications to the City Magnet office and a confirmation to the email address you provide. Please submit only files and information needed for your inquiry, advertisement or application.

Hosting and website activity

Vercel hosts this website and processes request information needed to deliver pages, operate forms and help prevent abuse. The forms use a short-lived request limit and a spam-detection field. Advertising pixels and social-media tracking integrations are not enabled on this website.

Website analytics

We use Google Analytics to understand visits to this website and count successful inquiries, artwork submissions and applications. Google Analytics uses cookies and processes browser, device and visit information. We do not send your name, email address, form answers, uploaded files or submission reference to Google Analytics. Measured page addresses omit query strings and fragments.

Google Signals, advertising personalization and automatic form tracking are disabled. Website analytics does not run when your browser sends Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control. You can also manage cookies in your browser settings. Read Google’s privacy policy for information about its processing.

External services

The embedded Google Map and links to Google reviews and the Better Business Bureau connect to services with their own privacy policies. Those services may receive your network and browser information when their content loads or you follow a link.

Keeping and removing information

The office uses submitted information for the related business or hiring conversation. Copies can exist in private website storage and the office email system. To ask about access, correction or deletion of your submission, contact the office using the details below and include your submission reference if you have it.
